AT&T has cellphone service for tens of thousands of people
US telecom carrier AT&T said that it is working “urgently” to restore service to some of its customers across the country after services went down for about two hours on Thursday. Reports of the outage increased from a few at around 3:30 am ET to more than 73,000 by around 8 am, according to Downdetector. However, the number of reports had dropped to less than 62,000 by 10:30 am.
