A Google Cloud spokesperson said the protests were “part of a longstanding campaign by a group of organisations and people who largely don’t work at Google”. Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that Iran is a “terror state” after the latter launched missiles and drones against the country. “We are devoted to the defense of Israel. The world is seeing this now more than ever,” Israeli Defence Minister Yoav Gallant said. Netanyahu made the statement after Iran said that seven members of its Revolutionary Guard Corps were killed in the attack.

Iran on Thursday said it had launched missiles against targets in Israel. This comes a day after Iran blamed Israel for an airstrike on its consulate in Syria which killed several Iranian military officers. “What took place today is in line with the continuation of victories of the anti-Zionist resistance in different fields,” Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanani said.

Apple announced that it will no longer allow parts from phones that were reported stolen or lost to be used in a different phone. This comes after Oregon became the first right-to-repair law banning part pairing. Apple said if a supported part is obtained from another device with ‘Lost Mode’ enabled, the calibration capabilities for that part will be restricted.
