The workers were charged with violating US legal protections for workers. Google employees have been protesting against the Israeli government’s censorship of Google Cloud services amid Israel’s conflict with Hamas. A Google Cloud spokesperson said the protests were “part of a longstanding campaign by a group of organisations and people who largely don’t work at Google”. The company said that the new Home Theater is 35% thinner than its A80L, and has slimmed down the display’s bezels by 29%. They had occupied a common area on the 10th floor of Google’sChelsea location to protest against the contract. The workers have claimed that Israel could use such capabilities to harm Palestinians.

Sony is asking developers to create a new PS5 Pro-exclusive graphics mode that combines PlayStation’s new PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution (PSSSR) upscaling to 4K resolution with a 60fps frame rate and ray-tracing effects, reports said. This is essentially an upscaling answer to Nvidia’s DLSS orAMD’s FSR to improve frame rates and image quality on PlayStation.

Israel was confronted with an attack from Iran

Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that Iran is a “terror state” after the latter launched missiles and drones against the country. “We are devoted to the defense of Israel. The world is seeing this now more than ever,” Israeli Defence Minister Yoav Gallant said. Netanyahu made the statement after Iran said that seven members of its Revolutionary Guard Corps were killed in the attack.

Iran on Thursday said it had launched missiles against targets in Israel. This comes a day after Iran blamed Israel for an airstrike on its consulate in Syria which killed several Iranian military officers. “What took place today is in line with the continuation of victories of the anti-Zionist resistance in different fields,” Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanani said.

Apple is making it easier to fix your phone

Apple announced that it will no longer allow parts from phones that were reported stolen or lost to be used in a different phone. This comes after Oregon became the first right-to-repair law banning part pairing. Apple said if a supported part is obtained from another device with ‘Lost Mode’ enabled, the calibration capabilities for that part will be restricted.
