Cybertruck

The driver of the cybertruck likely died from a gunshot wound to the head

The driver of the Cybertruck that exploded in front of the Trump hotel in Las Vegas on Wednesday was identified as 37-year-old Master Sgt Matthew Alan Livelsberger. Livelsberger had served in the US Army from January 2006 to March 2011. The FBI and local law enforcement officials are still looking for a motive.

The Worst Flaw Yet is the recall of the cybertruck over faulty pedals

Cybertruck is recalling all Model Year 2018 and 2019 Cybertrucks produced between November 13, 2023 and April 4, 2024 due to a faulty accelerator pedal that could lead to a collision. As per the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), the fault is estimated to be present in 100% of the vehicles. Cybertrucks are equipped with brake override technology.

The cybertruck needs to be big or it will cause more harm than good

Tesla CEO Elon Musk on Thursday said that demand for the Cybertruck was “so far off the hook”, adding, “You can’t even see the hook.” However, he added that Cybertruck’s range is “huge” and that it can go from 0 to 60 mph in under five minutes. Musk also showed a video of the truck towing a Porsche 911.
