E – cadherin

A lipoprotein-driven defense against tumours is provided by the rgsaminoglycan

A study has shown that the loss of estrogen receptors (E-cadherin) in breast cancer can lead to the development of sex hormone-dependent cancers. The study found that the loss of E-cadherin leads to the formation of estrogen-receptor pathways, and that these pathways mediate the spread of breast cancer. However, the study did not show that the loss of E-cadherin led to breast cancer.
