The British court has ruled that a person who is extradited to the US can appeal

WikiLeaks founder Assange’s lawyers have questioned the assurances that have since been made by US prosecutors, pointing out that the separation of powers in the US meant that the executive branch would be able to force the judicial branch to accept certain parameters for the trial. If Assange is freed, it could ultimately lead to his release as he would under the British legal system.
