The new agreement raises questions about China

Waymo, the self-driving unit of Alphabet’s parent company Alphabet, announced that it will launch a fleet of Hyundai’s Ioniq 5 electric car by the second half of 2021. This is the first time that Waymo will be selling the car as part of its fleet. The Ioniq 5 can charge from 10% to 80% in 18 minutes, Hyundai said.
