New House speaker search; wind-powered cargo ships

Republicans will find a new Speaker of the House after the House members voted Kevin McCarthy out of the role on Tuesday, reports said. Majority Leader Steve Scalise and House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan are seeking the post. Kevin Hern, who chairs the Republican Study Committee may also run but hasn’t publicly announced his candidacy.
