John Deere is facing a lawsuit by the U.S

American farm equipment maker John Deere has said the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is not going to settle until it makes its software available for repair of its equipment. “Farmers should not give up on the FTC but they should do so in a timely way,” it added. This comes ahead of the FTC’s lawsuit against Deere, accusing it of unfair repair restrictions.
