The Apple MacBook Air is more power for less money

Apple has released its MacBook Air M4 laptop, which is priced at $999 (over 76,000), $100 less than its previous version. The MacBook Air M4 has an Intel Kaby Lake processor with up to 8GB of memory and has a 60-inch LED-backlit display. The high configuration of the MacBook Air M4 will sell for $2,199 (over 17,000).

How does the Surface Laptop stack up to the MacBook Air?

Microsoft has claimed that its “Copilot Plus PCs” will be “58 percent faster” than an “M3 MacBook Air”. The Copilot Plus PC’s neural processing unit can perform 45 trillion operations per second. The machine learning-enabled Surface Laptop 7 is powered by a Snapdragon X Plus chip and has a 20-hour battery life, compared to 13 hours on an M3 MacBook Air.

Microsoft has unveiled two new Surface devices, theSurface Laptop and Surface Pro, which will run onQualcomm Snapdragon X Elite and X Plus processors. The devices will reportedly deliver the highest neural processing unit (NPU) performance per watt. The new devices are 58% faster with 20% longer battery life than the most advanced MacBook Air with M3.

The MacBook Air is getting an upgrade

Apple has announced an upgrade option for its 13-inch MacBook Air and 15-inch MacBook Air that will allow customers to show two external displays while their laptops are not on. Both devices have the ability to show two external displays while the laptops are not on and up to 500 nits of brightness. The 13-inch MacBook Air will be available at a lower price.
