The National Labor Relations Board (NLrb) has said it is investigating DOGE, the independent agency that runs it, following a whistleblower’s disclosure of sensitive data allegedly accessed by its employees. The board said it is “deeply concerned about the allegations raised by the whistleblower” and “will take appropriate action to address them”. DOGE had dismissed the whistleblower in 2019 after he leaked confidential information.
Accused of violating worker rights, Amazon and SpaceX went after the labor board
Elon Musk-led SpaceX on Monday said the US’ National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) routinely exercises authority to prosecute alleged violators of federal labour law and weigh the facts needed to find a violation with only limited judicial review by Article III courts. SpaceX is suing NLRB for violating the Fourth Amendment and the Fourth Circuit in the US Labor Relations.
