A chemistry swap could aid drug discovery

Researchers claim to have discovered that nitrogen atoms can act as an intermediate between quinoline N-oxide and quinoline N-oxides, such as bosentan (Tracleer) and macitentan (Opsumit). The team also demonstrated that nitrogen atoms can be used as an intermediate in drug discovery. It also claimed to have found a way to create n-oxides with the addition of two nitrogen atoms.

The experts think that the LK-99 superconductor went viral

Scientists at the Rochester High Magnetic Field Laboratory in US and Korea have discovered a’superconductor’ made from nitrogen, hydrogen and Lutium. The material is safe at Room Temperature and Ambient Pressure. It is said to act as a conductor, which is why it’s called a’superconductor’ and has no electrical resistance. Researchers claim that LK-99 is the first such material to be discovered.
