The CEO apologized for the disastrous launch of the new app
Sonos has apologised to customers after they experienced issues with its new app. “There isn’t an employee at Sonos who isn’t pained by having let you down, and I assure you that fixing the app…continues to be our number one priority,” it said. “Since May 7, there have been new software updates…each making significant and meaningful improvements to the software,” it added.

Sonos unveiled its first pair of headphones, the Sonos Ace, at the CES 2020 in Las Vegas. The headphones feature two active noise cancelling and transparency modes, allowing the user to enjoy music, gaming, etc. The headphones can play audio that would ordinarily come through your soundbar and can also play video games. They are priced at $450 (around 34,000).

Sonos has launched its Ace over-the-ear headphones in black or white. The headphones are equipped with a magnetically attached pouch for a USB-C, 3.5-mm cable, wireless connectivity via Bluetooth 5.4. The headphones can be pre-order at Best Buy for $449 in black or white before their release date on June 5.
