CD3+ cells were isolated using the RosetteSep Human T cell Enrichment Kit, Lymphodensity Prep medium and SepMate-50 tubes. T cells were washed with AIM-V (Gibco) supplemented with 5% FBS, 10 m ILM HEPES, one penicillin–strepomycin–glut and 100 U human human-2. Cells were resuspended in a buffer and stained with an anti-human CD 281 (tNGFR)immunoglobulin.
