After US President-elect Donald Trump took to social media to congratulate him for winning the election, Google’s Sundar Pichai wrote on Twitter, “Thank you for the confidence in me and in the future of Google.” Amazon’s Andy Jassy said, “I’m looking forward to working with him as the FTC chair.” Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg tweeted, “Excited to be working with Trump for a second term.”

Google CEO Sundar Pichai tweeted, “The world is built by people.” “What Susan Wojcicki built in an incredibly complex environment isvery special and head and shoulders above what others created,” he added. Meanwhile, YouTube CEO Neal Mohan said Wojcicki was one of the first to take maternity leave and she was one of the first to advocate for parental leave.

Google CEO Sundar Pichai has said that the Search Generative Experience has served over a billion queries in last 12 months. He stated that the algorithm was able to answer 80% of these queries without human input. He added that Google brought the cost of delivering AI answers down by 80% over that same time, “driven by hardware, engineering and technical breakthroughs”.
The new name for the artificial intelligence is: “Gemini”
Google CEO Sundar Pichai has said the Gemini AI model is one of the elements which sets it apart from the guts of ChatGPT and Microsoft’s Copilot. “As mobile came in and user interaction changed, we adapted to it,” Pichai said. He added that Google has always approached search with a multimodal approach and Gemini will continue to do so.

Google has released its latest large-scale generative AI model, Gemini, in Bard for Android and iOS. The latest version of Gemini is based on a natural language model, the first version of which was unveiled at Google I/O in June. Google CEO Sundar Pichai said that next year, the most powerful model will be released, and it will do better than GPT-4.
The company’s CEO will be a star witness in the trial
Google CEO Sundar Pichai on Monday took the stand during the ongoing antitrust trial of the US Department of Justice (DOJ). Pichai was called by Alphabet to testify at the trial over whether Google abused its market dominance in search to suppress competition. Pichai also led the team that built the company’s Chrome browser.
