Microsoft has unveiled a 13-inch Surface Laptop, which it claims is its first-ever alternative to the Surface Pro model. It has a fan inside, similar to the one inside the 12-inch Surface Pro 12. The laptop is powered by the Intel Core i7-6820U processor with 8GB RAM and will be available worldwide from August 30 for 39,999.

Microsoft’s Surface Laptop with 16GB RAM and 1 TB SSD is being sold for $1,399.99 at Amazon, while Best Buy is selling the laptop for $1,499.99. The 13.3-inch laptop features a Snapdragon X Elite Arm processor and comes with a 13.8-inch touchscreen. It comes with 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD in this discounted configuration.

Microsoft unveiled its newSurface laptops, Surface Laptop Studio 2 and Studio 3, which were available for pre-order through its online store on Tuesday. “Surface Laptop Studio 2 features a high-end, high-end Intel Core i processors, 4GB of RAM and comes with an Nvidia GeForce RTX graphics card,” Microsoft said. The laptops are priced at $1,999 and $1,499, respectively.
