Microsoft, which launched the world’s first commercial operating system with Windows 95 in October 1995, was founded by Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer in Seattle on October 24, 1966. It was later acquired by Oracle for $3 billion by Microsoft in 1994. It has since released over 200 versions of its operating system, including Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 8 and Windows Azure.
As of this April, you will be able to install SteamOS on other handhelds
Lenovo has announced that its Legion Go S handheld will ship with Microsoft’s Windows 10 operating system this month, four months ahead of the SteamOS versions. The 16-inch Legion Go S device ditches the Nintendo Switch-like detachablegamepads and kickstand for a lighter and more traditional design. It will have a 1.6-pound weight and will be available in white or black colours.

Google on Wednesday announced a new AI model, ‘Gemini 1.5 Flash’, in its Android operating system. It claims it can convert text, image and video into high-definition video. Google also said it will be launching a new chatbot called ‘Gemini Nano’, which can help users create videos with YouTube and improve them with Veo.
A review of a big phone
Taiwanese phone maker Asus’ Zenfone 11Ultra smartphone has been reviewed by The Verge. “It’s one more big phone. It does plenty of thingswell but isn’t great in any one way. As it is, it’s just another big phone,” wrote The Verge. It features a 13MP camera, a 6.1″ display, 2GB RAM, 32GB storage, 3,200mAh battery and Android 9.0 Pie operating system.
